Collapse Building a High Performance Team

The workplace is a complex arena of social engagement; at its best it is functional and collaborative in moving towards a given vision and mission. At worst, it can be a dysfunctional combat zone! In this session, we will explore the need for leaders to focus on not simply the work to be done but also how the team does the work. Whether a team leader or "leading up" within a team, this session will offer insight and practical ideas for implementation. The content area of this session is related, but not focused on, patient or medical treatment.
